The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Quy Nhon no later than 05 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

- Necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of asset to be auctioned.

- The auction plan is feasible and effective.

- Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization.

- Remuneration for auction services, appropriate property auction costs.

- Being named in the list of auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

5. Application documents:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any), Other profiles according to the Branch’s requirements.

* Notes:

- This notification automatically becomes invalid in case  auction organizer is not permitted to conduct the auction in accordance with the laws.

- BIDV Quy Nhon shall send a written notice of the result to the selected auction organization; Those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the application of unselected organizations.
