Step 1: Client visits websites of merchants/service providers and selects relevant products and services. Client should clearly understand the services, products; assume responsibility before the laws for their actions; refrain from making transactions for products or services prohibited by laws.
Step 2: Client selects payment method through bank account/continues to select BIDV as Acquiring Bank.
Step 3: The system allows client to select one among four types of information input (using ATM card/Bank account/BIDV Online's login name (CIF number)/BIDV Smartbanking's login name) and entering relevant information, i.e.:
Step 4: Client is navigated to BIDV's online payment gateway to enter BIDV Online/BIDV Smartbanking password and OTP (sent to client's registered phone number).
Step 6: Password is verified. Transaction result is notified to client.
Apply for automatic debit from current accounts for periodic post payment (electricity, water, cable television, telecommunication charges ...)
