3 - Land use right at plot 4495, Map sheet number 3 and factory at address C12 / 15A Hamlet 3, National Highway 1A, Tan Kien Commune, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City (Area 1,123 m2 of land for production and business establishments, area construction area 1883.4 m2).

4 - Land use right at the land plot number: 4377, map sheet number 3, at Tan Kien commune, Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City according to the land use right certificate No. Q556296, in the land use right certificate number 00078 / 1a Land Use Right Decision / 4429 / UB issued on December 15, 2000 by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City (Area 4170.1 m2; purpose of use: storage of agricultural products and foodstuffs).

7 - Right to sublease the land use right at Lot B081 - 082, Street 01, Duc Hoa 1 Industrial Park, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province.

- Reserve price for the auction of the debt: VND 502.251.568.167 (in words: Five hundred and two billion, two hundred fifty one million, five hundred sixty eight thousand, one hundred and sixty seven Vietnam dongs).

IV. Criteria for selection of auction organization:

Auction organizations must meet the criterion specified by Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Assets Auction and the other following criteria:

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices (of which the head office has business registration in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City).

- Is in accordance with other requirements of BIDV.

V. Application documentsinclude:

- Corporatelegal documents.

- A written description of capacityand experience.

- Price quotation.

- Other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

Note:

- Applicationdocuments areautomatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the laws.

- BIDV issues a written notice of the result to the selected auction organization, those not received such noticeare deemed as not selected, BIDV will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
