BIDV announces announces the selection of debt auction organizations NSSH

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) announces the selection of debt auction organizations to conduct the auction with the following details:

1. Information of the debt:

The entity that owns the debt: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam. Address: 194 Tran Quang Khai, Ly Thai To Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi City.
Detail of the debt auction: The debt of Vietnam Song Hau Agriculture Product Limited Liability Company at BIDV – Phu My Hung Branch.

5	Land use right according to Certificates No. CQ 904579, issued Dong Thap Department of Natural Resources and Environment on Apr 22, 2019 at parcel of land No 11, map sheet No 11, Binh Thanh Commune, Lap Vo District, Dong Thap Province. - Construction: A warehouse is 4.352,2m2 to produce foods.

Reserve price (Starting price): includes all principal, interest and fees (if any) by the time of BIDV notified the Auction Service Organization to launch the first auction (Total debt principal and interest as of September 07th, 2022 is 65.178.755.000 VND). The price don’t includes tax cost, fees (if any) and court fee advance costs which advanced by BIDV.

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for application submission is 03 work-days from the date when this notice is posted on BIDV 's website (application documents have sent by post office that wil be calculated by the postmark, BIDV have to receive the documents within 05 days from the posted day)

4. Selection criteria of auction organization:

1	Group of criteria bases on necessary facilities and equipment to guarantee to auction kind of auctioned assets (with attached pictures to verify)
2	Group of criteria bases on realizable and effective auction plan
3	Group of criteria bases on competence, experience, and reputation of asset auction organization
4	Group of criteria bases on suitability remuneration of auction services and auction costs
5	Named in the list of asset auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice
6	Having a minimum operating period of 3 years
7	Having at least 3 auctioneers
8	Alternative groups of suitable criteria are decided by the entity that owns the debt

BIDV will bases on the information into the registration documents of debt aution organizations to mark according to all criterias of the attached Criteria Table.

5. Application includes:

Corporate legal documents (copy);
Corporate capacity and experience profile;
Price quotation letters and other commitments of the auction organization (if any)

* Note:

The auction organization commits the truthfulness and accuracy to the auction registration documents submitted at BIDV and undertakes to take legal responsibility if inaccurate information affects the results auctioned assets to recover debts of BIDV.
Application documents are automatically invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct an auction in accordance with the laws.
BIDV will send a written notice of the result to the selected auction organization, those not received such notice are deemed as not selected. BIDV will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
