+ Interest (including penalties for overdue payment): 18.133.026.816 VND (In words: Eighteen billion one hundred thirty three million twenty six thousand eight hundred and sixteen Vietnamese dongs).

- The debts of Lan Thai Joint Stock Company are guaranteed by:

+ All assets attached to land, The system of machinery for the production of baked bricks, Electrical system for production at Lan Thai Factory (According to the Certificate of land use rights, ownership of houses and other land-attached assets, number BD 113266, issued by the People's Committee of Lang Son province on April 18, 2011. The total land area is 18,055m2)

+ Land use rights certificate No. B873823, 200 m2 in area at Group 5, Tuc Duyen Ward, Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province.

2. Location for application submission:

Deadline for direct application is seven (05) days from the date of notification (documents sent by post will be considered valid to stamp off post office, provided that BIDV Thai Nguyen must receive the application within ten (07) days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

- Having necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of asset to be auctioned.

- Feasible and effective auction plan.

- Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization.

- Reasonable remuneration for auction services and auction costs.

- Being on the list of asset auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Having opertation time of at least 03 years.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Experience working with BIDV Thai Nguyen.

5. Documents required:

- Company legal documents.

- A written description of competence and experience.

- Price quotation, relevant documents according under Section 4 of this Notification, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Notes:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Thai Nguyen shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
