BIDV Hanoi announces the selection of asset auction organization

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Hanoi Branch (BIDV Hanoi branch) hereby announces the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

2. Deadline for submission

The deadline for direct application submission is 11/10/2022 (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Hanoi branch no later than 17:00 on 12/10/2022 ).

4. Criteria for selection of auction organization

Auction organizations must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Assets Auction and other following criteria:

- Necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of asset to be auctioned.

- The auction plan is feasible and effective.

- Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization.

- Remuneration for auction services, appropriate property auction costs.

- Being named in the list of auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Other criteria at the request of the Branch

5. Documents for registration

- Organization’s legal document.

- A written description of the organization’s capabilities and experience.

- Price quotation, relevant documents according to Section 4 of this selection, and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other documents at the request of the Branch

*Note:

- Application documents shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Hanoi branch shall issue a written notice of the result to the selected auction organization; those not received such notice are deemed as not selected. BIDV Hanoi branch will not return the documents the unselected organizations.
