Note:

- One day before the auction opening date, the guarantor has the right to receive the property back if the guarantor/ the borrower fully performs its obligations to the secured party and pays expenses arising from the late performance of the obligation.

- The property is put up for auction according to the certificate. The buyer of the auctioned asset is solely responsible for contacting the competent State agency to obtain a certificate, and is reponsible for the related costs. Auction winners commit not to complain, dispute or sue about these issues.

- Auction winners themselves contact the property owner, who is managing and using the property to receive the property (if any). In case he property owner, who is managing and using the property does not voluntarily handing over the property, the auction winners has the right to initiate a lawsuit in a competent People’s court or request the competent authorities to force the property owner, who is managing and using the property to hand over the property in the accordance with the law.
