Booking Conditions:

• Customers must successfully reserve 2-night stays at participating accommodations as set out in Program Details and make payment with the Eligible Cards to enjoy the privilege. For avoidance of doubts, customers are unqualified for the privilege if the minimum night stay requirement of 2 nights is not met and paid with the Eligible Cards.
• The next reservation would only be noted and confirmed once the current booking has been made. 
• In best interest of customers, please carry the eligible card that has been used for booking and hotels shall have the right to validate card details upon check-in.

Booking Period: 

• Booking shall be made 1 week in advance of the preferred check-in date for guaranteed reservation and best arrangement.

Key Booking Process:

• Reservation must be made via Visa Vietnam Affluent Hotline or email*. Reservations made through third-party websites/apps or directly with participating restaurants are not eligible for the privilege.
• Prepayment with the Eligible Cards is required when checked in.
• Acceptance or change of reservation is at the sole discretion of participating accommodations and subject to availability.
• The Offer is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers, and in-house offers.

Booking Distribution:

• The total monthly quota is set at 100, renewed every month.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation or amendment is subject to the policies of the participating Merchants at the time of booking.

• There might be blackout dates on holidays and special occasions at certain participating accommodations.

• All queries and/or complaints shall be referred to the participating accommodations. 
• The list of participating accommodations may be amended without prior notice.
• Privileges cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programs, offers, discount cards, vouchers or VIP privileges, unless otherwise stated.
• Visa & the participating merchants reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Offer and Terms & Conditions anytime without prior notice.
• In the case of any dispute, the decision of Visa shall be final.
• For the avoidance of doubt, while Visa has facilitated this Offer for the benefit of Visa cardholders, the Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services and/or prizes under this offer. Accordingly, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services and/or prizes under this Offer shall constitute a contract solely between the Merchant and him/her, and Visa is not, nor will become, a party thereto. 
• By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods, prizes and services under this Offer, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of the Offer or goods and/or services provided under the Offer.
