2. Owner of auction property: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Bac Hung Yen Branch, Pho Noi Crossroad, Nghia Hiep Commune, Yen My District, Hung Yen Province, Viet Nam.

3. Starting price: VND23,400,000,000 (In words: Twenty three billion and four hundred million Vietnamese dong). Buyers must pay fees relating to registration for transferring rights, carrying out procedures for ownership transfer, property use and all taxes and other fees according to the legal provisions (if any), including the financial obligations of the former owners to pay to the State such as land lease, land tax, electricity, water, telephone .... (if any)

6. Time and place for purchasing auction participating documents: From the date of public announcement of the auction of assets to 30 September 2019 (during office hours) at Auction Company Lam Son Property Partnership Branch in Hanoi. Address: 68 Truong Chinh, Dong Da District, Hanoi.

7. Time and place for reviewing assets: From 19 September 2019 to 20 September 2019 (during office hours) at Duc Hoa Auto Mechanical Co., Ltd, An Lac Hamlet, Trung Trac Commune, Van Lam District, Hung Yen Province.

8. Time and place for document submission, placing deposit, conditions and registration method for participating in the auction:

- Time and place for document submission: From the date of public announcement to 30 September, 2019 (during office hours) at the auction company's branch in Hanoi - Address No. 68 Truong Chinh, Dong Da District, Hanoi.

- Time for placing deposit: From 30September 2019 to 2 October 2019 (during office hours).

- Participation requirements: Those who do not fall into the cases specified in Clause 4, Article 38 of the Law on property auction are eligible to register to participate in the auction.

* How to register to participate in the auction:

a) Sign up to purchase auction documents; bring ID (for individuals) or recommendation letter (for organizations).

b) Submit the documents and get back a receipt.

Note: If there is a lack of account statement and deposit documents, organizations will not be eligible to participate in the auction.
