1. Asset information:

- Name of asset: Land use rights, ownership of house and other properties attached to land according to Certificate No. AB 529505 issued by People’s Committee of Bac Son District on 15 Jan 2005 for Mr Be The Hung and Mrs Nong Thi Huong.       

- Description: The land lot is located at a 4 meter width secondary road of Cach Mang Thang Tam (2 km away from 1B National highway), at Huu Vinh Commune, Bac Son District, Lang Son Province. 

- Starting price: VND1,200,000,000 (In words: One billion and two hundred million Vietnamese dong).

2. Time for submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Thai Nguyen no later than 07 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Have ability and experience in auction activities.

- Have operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other documents as required by the Branch.

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Thai Nguyen shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
