Stop re-issuing online passwords on unknow websites or devices

Dear Customer,
From December 13th, 2021, BIDV will stop re-issuing BIDV SmartBanking passwords online on website version and unknown devices(*).
In this case, please contact the Customer Care Center at 1900 9247 or the nearest BIDV branch for assistance.
(*) Unknown device meaning a device that is different from the device/phone that has successfully logged in most recently.
