1. What is BIDV Reward?
"BIDV Reward" is a promotion program that appreciates BIDV's loyal customers. Customers will earn points and exchange them for gifts through BIDV Reward points and mPoint.
With eligible deposit and transfer transactions at BIDV, customers will automatically earn points. These points will be accumulated daily and can be exchanged for gifts at BIDV’s hundreds of partners both online and offline.
In addition, when shopping at store chains of BIDV's partners, customers will continue to earn points (called mPoint) and may exchange them for other gifts.
The BIDV Reward program is BIDV’s relentless effort to bring not only banking products and services but also long-term extra benefits to customers. Customers will have an opportunity to enjoy life with the services and utilities from BIDV’s partners.
2. What is eligibility?
All BIDV customers conducting one of the following transactions at the bank’s branches/transaction offices as well as BIDV’s e-banking channels are automatically entitled to the BIDV Reward:
Place new or revolve the time deposit of at least VND50 million (for all terms) to the maximum of VND10 billion. From over VND10 billion, points are calculated same as the maximum limit (VND10 billion).
Monthly average current account balance of VND50,000.
Transaction fee from VND10,000 or more.
3. How many types of points? How are points accumulated?
There are two types of points:
- BIDV Reward:
Points earned from Term deposit transaction: Applicable to new or revolving time deposit of at least VND50 million to the maximum of VND10 billion. Points are generated once a month (not immediately after the customers earn points). With each term deposit of VND100,000, customers will accumulate 1 point/month.
Points earned from Current account (Demand and cumulative deposit): Applicable to accounts with balance of VND50,000 or more. Points are generated once a month based on the monthly average balance. For each VND25,000 in the current account, customers will earn 1 point per month. Minimum balance of VND50,000.
Points earned from money transfer transaction: Applicable to transactions with service fee from VND10,000. With transaction fee of VND10,000, customers will earn 100 points.
BIDV customers using services at stores who are partners of BIDV will earn points via mPoint from such stores.
% of bill value at each store which is calculated will be listed.
The accumulated mPoint will be used for exchanging gifts at BIDV’s redemption stores/points.

You can look up your points via one of the following 5 methods:

5. What and where can I redeem my points?
Customers may redeem points for gifts at BIDV’s partner community. List of stores which may vary from time to time is as follows:

6. Point validity
The accumulated points of a customer this year will be valid for gift exchange until the end of June next year. For example, points accumulated in 2019 will be valid to exchange gifts until the end of June 2020.
7. How can I use e-voucher after redemption?
You may redeem points for gifts via one of the three methods mentioned above. After successful redemption, e-voucher will be saved at “Gift redemption history”
When you use a service at stores, present the e-voucher to the store staff for double-checking.
