- Main business lines: Animal feed manufacturing, cattle raising, poultry farming.

1.2. Outstanding balance as of August 24th, 2020:

Total outstanding balance: VND158,443,896,609, in which:

- Principal balance: VND127,080,446,927

- Outstanding balance interest and penalty: VND31,363,449,682

1.3. Collateral:

- Farms of breeding pig and porker at Hong Quang Hamlet, Xich Tho commune, Nho Quan district, Ninh Binh province (Land parcel no 1982, Map no 7b, area of 50.182 m2, Expiry date: until the end of December 17th, 2062, Certificate Of Land Use Rights And Ownership Of Houses And Land-Attached Assets No BP851086 issued by Ninh Binh province People’s Committee UBND on November 24th, 2014) including: assets on land; the right to exploit income, pigs, machinery and equipment on the farm under mortgage contracts signed by Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - South Hanoi Branch and Vietnam Feed Joint Stock Company.

- Machinery and equipment include: Pig manure presser, submersible mixer, Residue Pumps, shredding machine according to the mortgage contract No. 01/2016/146995 / HDBD dated April 15th, 2016.

2. Deadline for submission:

Deadline for direct submission is 05 days from the date of notification (applications submitted by post shall be calculated according to postmark, provided that BIDV South Hanoi must receive them within 07 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Organization registering to participate in the auction must satisfy the criteria as pescribed in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having the function of auctioning property.

- Having a minimum operating time is 03 years.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices.

5. Registration records includes:

- Corporate legal documents.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Letter of offer

- Other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Notes:

- Registration records shall implicitly be expired in the event that the auction organization is not allowed to auction according to regulations of the law.

- BIDV Nam Hanoi will notify in writing the result to the selected auction organization, the organizations that are not informed of the result are understood as not selected, BIDV Nam Hanoi does not return the records to the organizations that are not selected.
