The program offers a variety of incentives: competitive interest rates, fee discounts, etc. Additionally, customers have the opportunity to experience BIDV’s utility product and services offerings including credit facilities, corporate debit/credit cards, deposits, international money transfer, trade finance, digital services, etc. The program runs until December 31, 2024.

Specifically, for new customers with outstanding balances/guarantees/LCs at BIDV, customers will receive an interest rate discount for up to 0.8% per annum when using one or more BIDV product combos specifically tailored for SMEs including Combo SME Credits, Combo SME Trading and Combo SME Basics. Existing BIDV credit customers receive an interest rate reduction when referring new credit contract-generating customers to BIDV.

Besides/ Moreover, customers will receive complimentary corporate debit/credit cards; free use of accounting software and SME Easy account; waiver of fees for opening attractive-numbered accounts when signing credit contracts with BIDV.

For SME customers engaged in import-export area/field/activities, simply conducting international money transfers/first LC issuance transactions through BIDV; or achieving the required volume of international money transfers; businesses will be entitled to free international money transfers or free issuance of subsequent L/Cs. Additionally, import-export customers will enjoy fee waivers for up to 01 year with a range of attractive services including trade finance, international money transfers, cargo insurance, corporate cards, digital banking services, and exchange rate benefits up to 170 points for various currencies.

For new SME customers utilizing digital products such as BIDV iBank financial package or customers using BIDV’s digital services on partner platforms such as Infoplus, Misa, Fast, BSC, iERP, EzCloud, Jetpay…; customers newly using BIDV iConnect service or collection service through identified accounts via partner platforms will receive complimentary debit/credit cards; Up to 30% discount in domestic money transfer fees, international money transfer fees via digital channels; and various other fee waivers and reductions.

Especially, when utilizing additional new products and services at BIDV, customers will receive additional attractive incentives.
