b. Land use rights and assets attached to land according to Certificate of land use rights No. AO 789739, serial in the register certificates of land use rights No. H 01032 issued by Sa Pa People’s Committee on 24 April 2009. Owner: Nguyen Thi Hoang Dung. Mortgage contract No. 0186.09/HDTC dated 24 June 2009 and contract amendments.

Description of asset:

 + Address: Group 10, Sa Pa Town, Sa Pa District, Lao Cai Province

 + Area: 1,298.54 m2.

 + Uses: Private use: 1298.54 m2; General use: 0 m2

 + Purpose of use: Urban land: 550.04 m2; Forest garden land: 748.5 m2

 + Term of use: Urban land: Long-term; Forest land: April 2058

 + Source of use: The State allocates land with collection of land use fees

 + Property attached to land: Hotel block licensed to build 05 floors with a total area of 2,500 m2.  

1.2. Information of debt: Hotel construction loans from BIDV Sa Pa.

2. Time for submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Sa Pa no later than 10 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

- Selected enterprise must be on the Public list of asset appraisal enterprises eligible for asset appraisal services of the Ministry of Finance.

- Selected enterprise must not fall into the category of those which are banned from asset appraisal services under the Law on Prices and its guiding documents.

5. Application includes:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of the asset appraisal enterprise (if any).

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Sa Pa shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unsellected organization.
