Mr. Le Ngoc Lam - Senior Executive Vice President in charge of the Board of Management – stressed: “Digital transformation at BIDV does not stop at digitization but beyond that, focuses on customer experience. Putting itself customer's shoes, BIDV could understand the needs of customers to provide superior digital experiences in customer journey. Customer is the focus of BIDV’s digital transformation resolution.”
BIDV is having many potential to implement digital transformation with 50% of its individual customers are of 35 years old and under. With its great advantages in customer base and fintech network, BIDV is aiming for 80% of the bank’s customers having access and using BIDV e-banking products by 2025.

Coming up after the main event, BIDV held a talkshow “Engage customers with BIDV ecosystem and digital platforms”. The guest speakers including representatives of the Payment Department of the State Bank of Vietnam, BIDV management, Ernst & Young and VNPAY delivered and exchanged solutions for BIDV to build a ecosystem of consumer finance and payment facilities for customers.
