4. Criteria for selection:

Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having legally property auction function.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices.

- Other criterion stated by the authorized entity.

5. Application includes:

- Organization legal documents (business registration, registration of signature and seal etc.)

- A written description of competence and experience.

- Price quotation, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

- Other documents required by authorized entity.

Note:

- Application documents of the unselected organizations will automatically be expired.

- BIDV Quan 7 Sai Gon will issue a written notice of the result to the selected property auction organization, those not being selected will not receive such notice. BIDV Quan 7 Sai Gon will not return the documents to the unselected organizations
