BIDV announces property auction in Cao Lanh, Dong Thap

1. Auctioned asset: Land use right, assets attached to the land and Production line of finished rice at plot no. 207, map no. 10 located at My Hiep commune, Cao Lanh district, Dong Thap province, specifically as follows:

* Asset 01: Land use right and assets attached to the land according to the Certificate of land use right, housing and other assets attached to land proprietary right no. BD 652169 issued by People's Committee of Dong Thap province November 15th 2011, specifically as follows:

Note: The aforementioned asset is sold in a package or sold separately asset 01, asset 02 depending on the actual situation and the customer's demand to buy the auctioned asset.

2. The auctioned assets belonged to: Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development.

3. Auction institution: Truong Thinh Group Auction Partnerships Company

Address: 46, Street no. 2, Chu Van An Residential Area, Ward 26, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

4. Fall-back price: VND 92.695.200.000 (Ninety two billion, six hundred ninety five million, two hundred thousand dongs).

* Asset 01: Land use right and assets attached to land: VND 84.418.900.000 (In words: Eighty four billion, four hundred and eighteen million, nine hundred thousand dongs).

* Asset 02: Machinery and equipment: VND 8.276.300.000 (In words: Eight billion, two hundred seventy six million, three hundred thousand dongs).

This price does not include costs for transfer of ownership/ use of assets, registration fees and other costs (if any) from buying assets, these costs are paid by the auction winner.

5. Deposit amount: VND 9.269.520.000 (Nine billion, two hundred sixty nine million, five hundred and twenty thousand dongs) 10% of the fall-back price for each asset, specifically:

- Asset 01: Land use right and assets attached to land: VND 8.441.890.000 (In words: Eight billion, four hundred forty one million, eight hundred ninety thousand dongs).

- Asset 02: Machinery and equipment: VND 827.630.000 (In words: Eight hundred twenty seven million, six hundred thirty thousand dongs).

6. Money to buy bidding dossier: VND 500,000/dossier.

7. Time and place for selling records and receiving auction dossier: From 08:00 a.m. on January 9th, 2021 to 05:00 p.m. on January 29th, 2021 at 46 Street No. 2, Chu Van An Residential Area, Ward 26, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City and at BIDV Debt Settlement Center - 6th Floor, No. 24 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. 8. Time, location, conditions and method of registration for auction:

- Time for registering to participate in the auction: Within the time limit for sale and receipt of asset auction dossiers.

- Conditions for registering to participate in the auction: Individuals and organizations that have the need and financial capability may register to participate in the auction, except for cases specified in Clause 4, Article 38 of the Law on Asset Auction no. 01/2016/QH14 dated November 17, 2016.

- Location, method of registering to participate in the auction: Customers submit dossiers directly at Truong Thinh Group Auction Partnerships Company – 46 Street no. 2, Cu Van An Residential Area, Ward 26, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City and at BIDV Debt Settlement Center - address: 6th Floor, 24 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

9. Time and place of asset consideration: From 08:00 a.m. on January 9th, 2021 to 05:00 p.m. on January 29th, 2021 at the assets.

10. Time limit for deposit: During office hours on January 27th, 2021, January 28th, 2021 and January 29th, 2021, unless otherwise agreed by the auction institution and participants but before the opening of the auction.

- Organizations and individuals eligible to participate in the auction submit a valid bidding dossier and pay deposit to Truong Thinh Group Auction Partnerships Company as prescribed.

11. Time and venue of the auction: At 02:00 p.m. on February 1st, 2021 at Truong Thinh Group Auction Partnerships Company headquarter - 46 street no. 2, Chu Van An Residential Area, Ward 26, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
