- Name of asset: The land use rights, ownership of house and other properties associated with land according to Certificate of land use rights, ownership of house and other properties associated with land No. BK 801775 issued by People’s Committee of Soc Son District on 21/03/2013 was transferred by Mrs Nguyen Kim Anh for Mr Nguyen Quang Khai according to the contract no. 03/HĐCN/2014 dated 02/01/2014 at Dong Anh Notary Office in Ha Noi City.

Origin: Donated by Mr Tran Van Thuy according to contract no. 327 dated  18/12/2012 at Dong Anh Notary Office.

Notes: Re-issued from Certificate of land use rights, ownership of house and other properties associated with land No. BĐ 418769, registration no. CH 00824, issued by People’s Committee of Soc Son District on 23/05/2011.

- Description: The land lot is located at a 3-meter-width subsidiary road of The National Highway No. 3. The asset’s position is 300m away from the National Highway No.3. At the moment, there is no construction work on the land lot.

- Reserve price: 3,782,000,000 VND (excluding VAT)

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Thai Nguyen no later than 07 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Have ability and experience in auction activities.

- Have operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other documents as required by the Branch.

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Thai Nguyen shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
