Land use right according to 57 land use right certificates located at residential area 5A, Soc Trang City, Soc Trang Province, total area 5,252.4m2.

2. Deadline for document submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (documents submitted by post shall be counted according to the postmark, provided that BIDV must receive them within 10 days from the date of notification)

3. Submission location:

- Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Debt settlement center – debt handling division in the the Mekong Delta region.

4. Selection criteria:

- The selected enterprise must be on the Ministry of Finances public list of price appraisal enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities.

- The selected price appraisal enterprise is not in the case of not being subject to price appraisal according to the provisions of the Price Law and its guiding documents.

5. Registration application include:

- Legal documents of enterprises.

- Description of qualifications and experience.

- Quotation letter, other commitments of the valuation enterprise (if any).

* Note:

- The registration dossier automatically expires in case the price appraisal enterprise does not allowed to make price appraisal as prescribed by law.

- BIDV will send a written notice of the result to the selected appraisal enterprise, the entities who will not be notified of the result are understood as not selected, BIDV will not return the application to the unselected entities.
