1. Assets auction: 267 machines is secured assets of Saigon Offshore Fabrication and Engineering Limited, is sold separately to two lots of asset as follows:

- Lots 1: including 236 machines at Dong Xuyen Industrial Zone, Rach Dua ward, Vung Tau city, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province;

- Lots 2: including 31 machines at 99 Road No.3, Thanh My Loi ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.
