2. Time for submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (date of document submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Cao Bang no later than 10 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

 -Organizations registered to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having legally property auction function.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Reasonable auction costs and remuneration for auction services.

- Other criterion stated by the Branch’s requirements.

5. Application documents:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other profiles according to the Branch’s requirements     

( Notes: This notification automatically becomes invalid in case  auction organizer is not permitted to conduct the auction in accordance with the laws.

BIDV Cao Bang shall send a written notice of the result to the selected auction organization; Those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the application of unselected organizations).
