- Has conditions and capacity as prescribed by law, reputable in the field of price appraisal.

- Belonging to the list of independent price appraisal enterprises that signed a cooperation agreement with BIDV.

- Independent of the Debtor and Property Owner (is not a person related to the Debtor, Secured Property Owner as prescribed by law).

- Has the lowest pricing service fee, has the fastest execution time.

- In case there are many dossiers with the same fee, the unit that send the dossier to BIDV Ba Thang Hai earlier will be selected.

5. Registration file included:

- Enterprise legal documents.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Bidding letter and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

* Note:

- The registration dossier automatically expires in case the price appraisal enterprise does not allowed to make price appraisal as prescribed by law.

- BIDV will send a written notice of the result to the selected appraisal enterprise, the entities who will not be notified of the result are understood as not selected, BIDV will not return the application to the unselected entities.
