1.Debt auction information:

The debt of Ngoc Linh Company Limited at Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, including all principal balance and interest balance arising up to the time of debt trade transaction (Total balance of debt as of September 30th, 2021: 2.539.915.224.275 VND (In words: Two thousand five hundred thirty-nine billion nine hundred fifteen million two hundred twenty-four thousand two hundred and seventy-five dong) In which:

- Principal balance: 1.380.987.781.993 VND (including 1.110.066.910.868 VND and 11.887.975,00 USD equivalent to 270.510.871.125 VND converted at the exchange rate of 22.755 VND/USD).

- Interest balance and penalty: 1.159.337.442.282 VND (including  990.651.261.785 VND and 7.413.147,90 USD equivalent to 168.686.180.497 VND converted at the exchange rate of 22.755  VND/USD).

Information on guarantee assets is as follows:

- Bac Kan Lead-Zinc Electric Plant in Ban Cuon 2 village, Ngoc Phai commune, Cho Don district, Bac Kan province (Land lot number: (no number), map sheet number 159a / TNĐ, 159b / TNĐ, area 643.885,2 m2, private use form: 643.885,2 m, useful life until September 26, 2057 according to Certificate of land use rights, ownership of houses and other assets attached to land number BG119120 issued by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Bac Kan province on March 11, 2013) including:

+ Project works (all work items related to or belong to the Project of Bac Kan Lead-Zinc Electric Plant, including but not limited by the Plant, other assets attached to land and other work items of the Project), together with buildings, construction, other real estate attached to land and vehicles, machinery, equipment and any other real estate built, purchased, renovated and / or permanently attached or located, or for the plant operation.

+ Material mines, use rights and exploitation of resources for material mines, ore dressing plants, all machinery and equipment for the plant operation are installed permanently or temporarily at the plant ( all machinery and equipment for the exploitation of material mines and all machinery and equipment for the plant operation).

- The asset is a black car Lexus LS 460, manufactured in 2007, owned by Ngoc Linh Company Limited.

- The right of exploiting Bo Lieu lead-zinc mine in Dong Lac commune and Nam Cuong commune, Cho Don district, Bac Kan province was granted to Ngoc Linh Company Limited (the license period from June 2011 to May 2016, until now has been expired).

- Land use right of 14,500 m2 in Lac Hong commune, My Van district (now as Van Lam district), Hung Yen province of Ngoc Linh Company Limited (agricultural land, without certificate of land use rights at the present time).

- The asset is the land use rights and assets attached to land of Mr. Vu Duc Tuan and Ms. Tran Thi Vui at 381 Giai Phong Street, Phuong Liet Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City.

2. Threshold price of the auction: 1,246,735,479,729 (In words: One thousand two hundred forty-six billion seven hundred thirty five million four hundred seventy nine thousand seven hundred twenty-nine dong).

Threshold price does not include costs related to the transfer of ownership / use of the asset, registration fees and other costs (if any) when purchasing the Debt, these costs are borne by the winner. The trade of Debt is not subject to VAT.

3. Subscription: A subscriber must pay a subscription during working hours from December 03rd, 2021 to December 07th, 2021, a subscription of 10% the threshold price of the

auctioned asset at this time, equivalent to: 124,673,547,973 (In words: One hundred and twenty four billion six hundred and seventy three million five hundred forty seven thousand nine hundred and seventy three dong)

All organizations and individuals with full civil act capacity, accepting the threshold price and implementing regulations of the asset auction issued by the Company may participate in the asset auction (except for cases specified in Clause 4, Article 38 of the Law on Property Auction 2016).
