Following is the Share Subscription Agreement (SSA) signed by the two companies in March 2022 (BSC offered 65,730,042 shares in the form of private placement to HSC at the price of VND41,000 per share, total value of VND2,695 billion), this strategic cooperation agreement shows the spirit of goodwill to build a strong relationship and define cooperation orientations between the two sides in the coming time.
