Note: The starting price does not include value added tax and does not include costs related to the purchase and ownership of the Auction Property such as costs of transferring ownership/use of the property, dismantling/relocation/transportation property transfer/protection, registration fee, notary fee, registration fee, registration/inspection fee, and other costs (if any), etc. to purchase and own property; These costs are borne by the auction winner.
