BIDV announces the selection of asset valuation organization (RDD)

Bank for Investment and Development of Viet Nam (BIDV) announces the selection of property auction business as follows:

1. Aseset information

- Name of asset: ownership of house and land use right at 70121310167 issued by the People’s Committee of District 11, Ho Chi Minh City on 22/8/2003

- Parcel of land: 82 Map sheet No. 8

- Address of land: No 1405/3 Ba Thang Hai Street, Ward 16, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City.

- Area: 305,5 m2

- Form of use: Private area.

- Certificate of ownership of house and land use right at 70121310167 issued by the People’s Committee of District 11, Ho Chi Minh City on 22/8/2003.

- Starting price: 26.037.765.000 VND.

2. Deadline for application submission

The deadline for application submission is 03 work-days from the date when this notice is posted on BIDV 's website (application documents have sent by post office that wil be calculated by the postmark, BIDV have to receive the documents within 05 days from the posted day)

3. Location to receive records

4. Selection criteria

No.	Criteria
1	Criteria group of necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for kind of auctioned assets (with pictures attached for proof)
2	Group of criteria on a feasible and effective auction plan
3	Group of criteria on capacity, experience, and reputation of an asset auction organization
4	Group of Criteria on appropriate remuneration for auction services and appropriate property auction costs
5	Named in the list of asset auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice
6	Having a minimum operating period of 3 years
7	Having at least 3 auctioneers
8	Other groups of criteria suitable for auctioned assets are decided by the Person who having the auctioned property

BIDV will base on the information in the registration application file for participation in the selection of the asset auction organization, scoring will be performed according to all the criteria in the attached Criteria Table specified in Section 4 of this Notice.

5. The registration dossier includes:

- The Enterprise's legal dossier.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- A letter of bid, relevant documents and records proving that the auction organization meets the criteria specified in Section 4 of this Notice, and other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- The auction organization commits to the truthfulness and accuracy of the auction registration documents submitted at BIDV and undertakes to take legal responsibility if inaccurate information affects the results auctioned assets to recover debts of BIDV.

- Application documents are automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the laws.

- BIDV issues a written notice of the result to the selected auction organization, those do not receive such notice are deemed as not selected, BIDV will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
