1. Collateral information:

- Name of collateral: 678,000 shares of Tan Cang – Hiep Phuoc Port joint stock company. The shareholder is Yen Khanh Group Joint stock company.

- Description of collateral: Unlisted shares of Yen Khanh Group Joint stock company in Tan cang - Hiep Phuoc Port Joint stock company. Par value of 10,000 VND/Share.

Tan Cang – Hiep Phuoc Port joint stock company has the Business registration certificate of a Joint stock company, enterprise code 0309924984, issued by Department of Planning and Investment of HoChiMinh city. Address: Lot A9, A zones, Hiep Phuoc Industrial park, Long Thoi commune, Nha Be district, Ho Chi Minh ctity.

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (documents submitted by post will be counted according to the postmark, provided that BIDV Thanh Do must receive it within 05 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

The selected enterprise must be on the Ministry of Finance’s  public list of price appraisal enterprises egilible for appraisal activities.

The selected valuation enterprise is not in the category of forbiden appraisal according to the provisions of the Law on prices and guiding documents.

5. Registration dossiers include:

- Legal documents of enterprises.

- Description of qualifications and experience

- Letter of offer, other commitments of the valuation enterprise (if any)

* Note:

- The resgistration dossier automatically expires in case the valuation enterprise is not fake appraised according to the provisions of the law .

- BIDV Thanh Do will send a written notice of the results to the selected valuation enterprise, those units that are not informed of the results will be considered unselected, BIDV Thanh Do does not return the dossiers to the applications that not selected.
