BIDV Thu Thiem announces the result of selection of asset auction organization

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Thu Thiem Branch (BIDV Thu Thiem) announces the results of the selection of an asset auction organization, with specific information as follows:

2. Judgment: in the period of time from 15th August to 25th August which BIDV has announced on website of Department of Justice, there are 7 organizations to hand on documents to BIDV Thu Thiem. We have cafully evalluate the organizations on wide ranges of standards such as abilities, fees, reparations…, BIDV Thu Thiem announces the result of selecting assetsauction organizations as the information on Section 1. For more details please search attached Addendum 01.

Note:

- Applicationdocuments areautomatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the laws.

- BIDV issues a written notice of the result to the selected auction organization, those not received such noticeare deemed as not selected, BIDV will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
