The 2 most outstanding advantages BIDV offers to customers making payment on the National Public Service Portal are: Via SSO (Single Signon), users can easily log in to the National Public Service Portal, thus saving time from manual input; and, customers can make payment via BIDV Online and BIDV Smartbanking, which are connected directly to the National Public Service Portal. The payment is carried out and finished automatically.
For example, to pay traffic fines, by inputting the sanctioning decision on the National Public Service Portal, anyone can easily check the status of the fine via BIDV system and print electronic receipts.
To pay social insurance or charges to local departments…, customers can visit BIDV transaction offices, pay on BIDV SmartBanking / BIDV online, or pay on the National Public Service Portal.
