1.2. Property is Komatsu D31P-18 Bulldozer

- Property name: Komatsu D31P-18 bulldozer.

- Description of property: Komatsu D31P-18 bulldozer, chassis number 42650. Made in 2000 in Japan.

- Owner: Lam Vu Trade and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company

- Starting price: 150,000,000 VND (In words: One hundred and fifty million VND even).

1.3. Property is a truck Dongfeng BKS: 36N - 3874

- Property name: Komatsu Wheel Excavator: 36LA – 0299

- Description of property: Komatsu wheel excavator: 36LA – 0299, Frame number: K34125; Engine number: 21493437.

- Owner: Lam Vu Trade and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company

- Starting price: 450,000,000 VND (In words: Four hundred and fifty million VND even).

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 5 days from the date of notification (date off documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark, but must be delivered to BIDV Bim Son within 7 days from the date of notice).

4. Selection criteria:

- Organizations registering for auction must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria.

+ Having functions of property auction activities.

+ Having operation time of at least 03 years.

+ There are at least 03 auctioneers.

+ There are at least 03 branches / representative offices

+ Other criteria required by the Branch.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

*Notes:

- The registration file shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted in accordance with law.

- BIDV Bim Son shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV Bim Son shall not return the application of unselected organization
