1. Auctioned debt: The debt of Viet Hai Petroleum Trading One Member Limited Company at BIDV Bac Ha Noi Branch (Now changed its name to BIDV Long Bien Ha Noi Branch) (hereinafter referred to as “The Debt”), including the principal and interest as of debt transaction date.

(Total debt principal and interest as of February 3rd, 2020 is VND 32,286,219,790; whereby, debt principal is VND 17,070,096,890; interest is VND 14,940,391,674; penalty fee is VND 275,731,226).

- Collateral:

+ Properties formed by investment in project of “Hai Duong Gas Filling Station”, including: fabrics, facilities.

+ Properties associated with land including gas filling firm, warehouse, gas tanks at Hai Duong Gas Filling Station.

+ 90.065 gas cylinders;

+ 2 Toyota Innova and Ford Everest cars

+ 6 automobiles: 2 Toyota Innova and 4 KIA

+ 5 KIA trucks.

+ Land use right and ownership of houses at Citizen Group 8, Tran Thanh Ngo Ward, Kien An District, Hai Phong City.

+ Land use right and ownership of houses at No. 10, Alley 30, Dien Bien Phu Street, May To Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City.

+ 406.325 shares issued by Viet Hai Shipping and Real Properties Corporation deposited at Saigon Securities Incorporation held by Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung.

+ Stakes subscribed by Viet Hai Real Properties Corporation to Viet Hai Petroleum Trading One Member Limited Company.

+ Viet Hai Shipping and Real Properties Corporation (the ultimate holding company) hereby undertakes to pay the said loan on behalf of Viet Hai Petroleum Trading One Member Limited Company in the event that such company fails to fulfill its repayment obligation at the maturity date in accordance with Guarantee Contract No. 2010/1726901/HĐBL dated August 27th, 2010 by Viet Hai Shipping and Real Properties Corporation and Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Bac Ha Noi Branch (Now changed its name to BIDV Long Bien Ha Noi Branch).

2. Auctioned debt belonged to: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam

3. Auction institution: Truong Thinh Auction Partnerships Company

Address: 46 Street no. 2, Chu Van An Residential Area, Ward 26, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

4. Reserve price: VND 26.151.838.030 (In words: Twenty six billion, one hundred fifty one million, eight hundred thirty eight thousand, thirty dongs).

5. Deposit: 2.615.183.803 dongs (In words: Two billion, six hundred and fifteen million, one hundred eighty three thousand, eight hundred and three dongs) accounting four 10% of the reserve price.

6. Money to buy bidding dossier: VND 500,000 /dossier.

7. 9. Deadline for deposit: During office hours on April 07th, 2020, April 08th, 2020 and April 09th, 2020, unless otherwise agreed by the auction institution and participants but before the opening of the auction.
