Joined BIDV in 1997. He was appointed Deputy Head of Credit Risk Management in March 2009, Deputy Head of Investment Banking, Transaction Center 1 in October 2010. In April 2012 he was Head of Credit Risk Management and Head of Corporate Banking in April 2013. He was appointed Senior Executive Vice President of BIDV on 15 January 2015. From 15 November 2018 he is a Senior Executive Vice President in charge of the Board of Management.On 12 March 2021, he was elected by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to the BIDV Board of Directors for the 2017-2022 term and assigned by the Board of Directors to be the Chief Executive Officer of BIDV.

Mrs. Phan Thi Chinh joined BIDV in 1991. She became Head of Finance Department at BIDV in August 2004. She was appointed Senior Executive Vice President of BIDV in June 2007 and has been a Board member of BIDV since April 2014.

Mr. Ngo Van Dung joined BIDV in 1998. He was Head of Risk Management Department at BIDV in September 2004 and Head of BIDV Hanoi branch in December 2007. He has been a Board member of BIDV since June 2015.

Mr. Tung joined BIDV in 1996. He was Director of BIDV Insurance Company (BIC) since January 2006. He was Senior Executive Vice President of BIDV and Chairman and CEO of BIDV Insurance Corporation since October 2010. He was Chairman of Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) since June 2016. Mr. Tung has been elected as a Board member of BIDV since April 2018.

Mr. Yoo has held positions of Vice President, Hana Financial Group Inc; Head of global strategy, Hana Financial Group Inc; and Global Business Strategy Executive Director, KEB Hana Bank. He has been elected as a Board member of BIDV since 27 December 2019.

Joined BIDV in 1987. He was appointed Head of BIDV Dak Lak branch in September 2002 and Head of Credit in August 2007. In May 2009, he was Head of BIDV Ho Chi Minh city branch. He was appointed Senior Executive Vice President in September 2013, and Board member in March 2020.

Joined BIDV in 1989. He was appointed Deputy Head of BIDV Gia Lai branch in July 1996, Deputy Head of Transaction Center 2 branch in July 2006, and then Head of Human Resources in August 2008. He was appointed Senior Executive Vice President in May 2012, and Board member in March 2020.

Mr. Dang Van Tuyen

Born 1973

Mr. Dang Van Tuyen started working at the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) in 1996. From March 2016 to February 2020, he was Deputy Director General of the Organization and Personnel Department of the SBV. From February 2020 to April 2023, he was Director General of the Organization and Personnel Department, SBV. He has been elected as a Board member of BIDV since April 2023.

Mr. Thanh started working at the State Bank of Vietnam – Quang Ninh branch in 1982. In September 1994, he was Chief of Office of Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank). In February 1996, he was Head of Financial Management Department, Vietinbank. In October 1999, he was Deputy CEO of Vietinbank. In January 2012, he was chairman of Deposit Insurance of Vietnam. In May 2015, he was Director of the Human Resources Department – the State Bank of Vietnam. He has been elected as an Independent Board member of BIDV since May 2022.

Joined BIDV in 2002. He became Deputy Head of Transaction Center 3 of BIDV in October 2006 and Deputy Head of the BIDV Supervisory Board in March 2009. He was appointed to the Supervisory Board at the BIDV’s first Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 8 March 2012.

Joined BIDV in 1991. From June 1999 to July 2002, he was Senior Executive Vice President at Lao-Viet Joint Venture Bank (LVB). In December 2004, he was appointed Chairman of VID PUBLIC Bank. He was Deputy Head of Transaction Center 1 in April 2005, and Head of Transaction Center 3 in January 2007. He was appointed Senior Executive Vice President in October 2010.

In February 2004, he was Deputy Head then Head of BIDV business network development in Ho Chi Minh city. In December 2004, he was Head of BIDV Nam Ky Khoi Nghia branch. He was appointed Senior Executive Vice President in July 2014.

Mr. Sung has held positions of Head of Global Strategy, KEB Hana Bank; Head of the cooperation establishment between BIDV and Hana Financial Group Inc, KEB Hana Bank. In 2020, he joined BIDV and was appointed Senior Executive Vice President in 01 January 2020.
