Encouraging the habit of using non-cash payment among its customers, BIDV would like to announce the adjustment of interbank money transfer fees on e-banking products for individual customer, effective from 25 Feb 2020.

Dear Valued Customers:

Non-cash payment is a key policy initiated and promoted by the Party and the Government. This policy is more rational in the context of Covid-19 outbreak. Transiting to online banking is an active solution to protect your health.

Encouraging customers to place transactions without using cash, BIDV would like to make an announcement on the reduction of interbank transfer fees on BIDV’s e-banking platforms, effective from 25 Feb 2020, as follows:
