• First launch of new exciting features: eKYC; QR code withdrawal, top-up for physical medical card, etc.
• Attractive promotion program valued up to VND20 billion (lucky draw, service fee waiver, etc.)

Especially, customers can easily switch from existing Mobile Banking/Internet Banking to the new SmartBanking in just a few simple steps.

To best prepare for the system transformation, BIDV hereby announces temporary suspension of the online registration channel for BIDV SmartBanking service from 17 March 2021 and counter registration on 19 March 2021.
