- Area: 1,136 m2 (In words: One thousand one hundred thirty-six square metres).

b. The property attached to land

* Note: This Certificate of Land Use Rights Ownership of houses and other land-attached assets were issued by transfering according to the application No. 019967.CN, replacing Certificate of Land Use No. T00702 dated August 18th 2008 issued by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City, registration of change of land-attached assets on October 18th 2016 and registration for transfering on November 23rd 2016 at Ho Chi Minh City Land Registration Office.

* Pay attendtion

- One day before the date of opening the auction, the guarantor has the right to receive the property back if it fully fulfills obligations towards the secured party and pays the expenses incurred due to the late performance of the obligation. The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Minh Phap Auction Partnership Company will stop the asset auction and refund the application fee and deposit to the auction registrant (if any) without compensation for any other expenses.

- Property is auctioned according to actual situation. Auction participants are given the opportunity to consult all legal records of the property, view the property and take full responsibility for the decision to purchase the property. In case the actual area is different from the certificate, the auction winner must contact the competent state agency to issue and change the certificate, bear all related costs and commit not to complaints, disputes, lawsuits on this issue.

4. Starting price:  116,580,864,000 VND (In words: One hundred and sixteen billion, five hundred and eighty million, eighty hundred and sixty-four thousand VND). The starting price does not include costs related to the transfer of ownership/use of assets, CIT, registration fees, notary fees, registration fees and other costs (if any) when implementing purchase of assets, these costs shall be borne by the auction winner or the property owner as agreed by the parties.
