2. Deadline for application submission:

Deadline for direct submission is 03 days from the date of notice posted on BIDV's official website (www.bidv.com.vn) (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark, but must be delivered to BIDV Long Bien Ha Noi no later than 5 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

- Selected enterprises must be on the public list of valuation enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance.

- The selected valuation enterprise does not fall into the case of price appraisal under the Law on Price and its guiding documents.

- Low cost, quick procedure.

-  Other criteria are requested by the Branch.

5. Registration dossier includes:

- Legal documents of Appraisal Organization..

- A description of competence and experience.

- Letter of offer, other commitments of the appraisal organization (if any).

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Long Bien Ha Noi shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organizations.
