4. Selection criteria:

- Infrastructure, necessary equipment to secure the auction for the type of auctioned asset.

- Feasible and effective auction plan.

- Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization.

- Remuneration for auction services, appropriate auction cots.

- Be on the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Having the minimum operating time of 03 years.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

5. Registration application include:

- Enterprise legal documents.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Bidding letter, related documents according to section 4 of this notice and other commitments of the auction organizatione (if any).

* Note:

- The registration dossier automatically expires in case the price appraisal enterprise does not allowed to make price appraisal as prescribed by law.

- BIDV will send a written notice of the result to the selected appraisal enterprise, the entities who will not be notified of the result are understood as not selected, BIDV will not return the application to the unselected entities.
