Assets formed from loans are all land use rights and investment assets on land, including the full value of land use rights: both compensation, ground clearance, infrastructure investment and other investment costs at zone I, II, III and IV belong to Bach Giang Company under residential areas quater 4, Phuoc Long A Ward, District 9 approved by Decision 185/QD-UB on January 15, 2004 of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City about land recovery and temporary delivery, Decision No. 41/QD-PPC on 31/03/2011 of The People's Committee of distric 9 v/v approves the detailed planning project (ratio 1/500) of housing in Phuoc Long A Ward, District 9 and related legal documents (according to the mortgage contract No. 01/2012/OSCTS/1583111-62770 on December 25, 2012)

The full value of land use rights: both compensation, ground clearance, infrastructure investment and other investment costs at land I5 and I7 belong to Bach Giang Company approved by Decision 185/QD-UB on January 15, 2004 of the City People's Committee. Ho Chi Minh City. The location of zones I5 and I7 (68,514 m2) is determined according to dispatch No. 3141/QHKT-DB2 on October 14, 2004 of the Department of Planning and Architecture of Ho Chi Minh City. (according to the mortgage contract No. 116/2007/OS on May 14, 2007).

All profits of Cao Nguyen Co., Ltd formed from loans and capital owned in the joint venture investment - business project Investment in technical infrastructure internal housing I5 and I7 residential areas, Quater 4, Phuoc Long A Ward, District 9 of Bach Giang Company under the Joint Venture Contract No. 20/LD.07 on 06/03/2007 and Joint Venture Contract No. 49/OSLD.07 on 17/05/2007 (according to the mortgage contract No. 117/2007/HD on May 24, 2007).

Reserve price (Starting price): includes all principal, interest and fees (if any) by the time of BIDV notified the Auction Service Organization to launch the first auction (Total debt principal and interest as of Oct 31st, 2020 is VND 461.926.935.350).

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for application submission is 05 days from the date when this notice is posted on BIDV 's website (application documents sent by post are calculated by the postmark)

4. Selection criteria of auction organization:

Auction organizations must meet the criterion specified by Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the other following criteria: Having property auction function; having the minimum operating time of 03 years; having at least 03 auctioneers and at least 03 branches/representative office

5. Application includes:

  • Corporate legal documents (copy);
  • Corporate capacity and experience profile;
  • Price quotation letters and other commitments of the auction organization (if any)

* Note:

  • - Application documents are automatically invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct an auction in accordance with the laws.
  • - BIDV shall send a written notice of the result to the selected auction organization, those not received such notice are deemed as not selected. BIDV will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
