1. Information about the asset:

+ Asset name: Debt of Lisemco Joint Stock Company to BIDV Hai Phong.

+ Address: Km6, Highway 5,  Hung Vuong ward, Hong Bang district, Hai Phong city

- Starting price: Equal to the entire outstanding balance of principal, interest and penalty interest of the debt at the time of signing the debt auction service contract.

The temporary starting price by the end of May 31, 2022 is:

Principal: VND 57,743,056,456

Interest:  VND 17,087,768,033

Penalty for interest late payment: VND 414,684,975

Total: VND 75,245,509,463

2. Application submission time

The time for direct application submission is 10 days from the date of notification (applications submitted by post shall be counted according to postmarks, provided that BIDV Hai Phong must receive them within 14 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

- Having necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of asset to be auctioned.

-Auction plan must be feasible and effective.

- Having capacity, experience and reputation of an asset auction organization.

-Reasonable remuneration for auction services, reasonable asset auction costs and expenses.

-Being named in the list of asset auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Must have operating period of  at least 03 years.

- Must have at least 03 auctioneers.

5. Application dossier includes:

- Legal dossiers of enterprise.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Letter of bid, related documents required according to Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- The registration dossier shall be automatically invalidated in case the auction organization is not allowed to auction according to the provisions of law.

- BIDV Hai Phong will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, those who are not notified of the results will be considered as not selected, BIDV Hai Phong will not return the documents to those which are not selected.
