4. Selection criteria

 - The selected organization must be on the Ministry of Finance's public list of price appraisal organizations eligible for price appraisal activities.

- The selected valuation organization is not eligible for valuation according to the provisions of the Law on Prices and its guiding documents.

- The organization has Headquarter/Branch/Representative office at Ha Noi City

5. Documents for registration

- Organization legal documents. 

- Description of competence and experience.

- Price quotation, other commitments of the auction organization (if any)

*Note:

- Notification of Selection is automatically invalid in case the Valuation Organization is not selected accordance with the law;

- BIDV Hanoi will announce the result by written documents to the selected organization, others who not be announced shall be considered as unselected, BIDV Hanoi will not return documents to the unselected.
