In order to help customers save transaction time at the Bank, especially in the peak seasons such as holidays, New Year and year end, BIDV has launched “Smart Queue" feature via Website or BIDV SmartBanking, BIDV Pay apps, which enable online reservation and identification of transaction requirements before visiting the Bank’s counters.

As the first bank to launch this feature, BIDV looks forward to helping customers:

  • - Actively make transactions
  • - Save waiting time
  • - Make automatic transactions
  • - Optimize customer experience

The flow of reservation are demonstrated below:

Via, please take the 4 following simple steps:

1) Select a transaction and enter some basic information

2) Enter information related to the transaction you wish to make

3) Choose the most convenient counter and transaction date and time

4) Verify information by OTP code sent to customers' phone number

Via mobile app BIDV SmartBanking and BIDV Pay+:

1) Log in to BIDV SmartBanking/BIDV Pay+ app, select "Smart Queue" feature

2) Enter transaction information

3) Choose the most convenient transaction office and transaction date and time

4) Confirm the information

After successful reservation, customers will receive an SMS confirming the queuing number, transaction office and time. Customers need to be on time (+30 minutes) to get served.

Transactions that allow online reservation include:

  • - Cash deposit to one's account holder
  • - Cash deposit to different account holders
  • - Cash deposit to other bank’s account
  • - Cash withdrawal by account holder
  • - Cash withdrawal by authorized person
  • - Making savings deposit in cash
  • - Making savings deposit from current account
  • - BIDV internal money transfer
  • - Domestic transfer
  • - 24/7 quick transfer
  • - Others

Within 3 months after a transaction point provides this service, successful customers making reservation via BIDV's website or application will receive a gift of VND20,000 from that transaction point.

Please find the attached file for list of transaction points that currently allow this feature. BIDV will expand the list of transaction offices to meet the needs of customers.
