From 14 February 2020, BIDV has refunded 100% of transaction fees via e-banking services for new users of BIDV SmartBanking and BIDV Online, in order to encourage cashless payment and minimize the spread of Covid-19.

After 1 month of implementation, thousands of customers have been refunded transaction fees, which could add up to millions Vietnamese dongs.

We would like to thank our customers for joining in with the bank to promote cashless payment in Vietnam.
